The West Sussex South Boys' PE Association has 11 member schools.
The schools meet once a term to discuss fixtures and sports related matters. The member schools rotate the hosting duties.

The schools offer regular fixtures (Level 2) in Football, Basketball, Rugby Union and Cricket on a seasonal basis.
Additional events such as the annual athletics championships and cross country are also offered amongst other events.
Where the school games offers Level 3 competitions in these events, the year group winners represent the Southern Area Partnership of Schools.
Each year group has a specified day for fixtures:

10 Wednesday
Y8 & Y11 Thursday
The schools rotate responsibility for the organisation of specific sports, such as the booking of finals venues, ordering medals and trophies and making decisions concerning disputes.
